Sheltr - CM24
Sustainable Design Meets History
Located in Antwerp's cosmopolitan center, Sheltr's CM24 is a flagship co-living apartment complex that blends the city's iconic architecture with modern living. Situated in a former bank built in 1879, the building is renowned for its Neo-Renaissance architecture, featuring a grand facade and elaborate sculptures.
To complement the preserved original features, the WD 01 Dining Table was introduced into the communal dining area. Crafted from reclaimed wooden floor offcuts, this table offers both elegance and functionality, aligning with the building's historical charm.
The WD 01 Dining Table serves as a central gathering point for residents, providing a durable surface for shared meals and activities. Its design enhances the aesthetic of the communal space, fostering a sense of community among residents.
By incorporating the WD 01 Dining Table, Sheltr CM24 successfully merges historical architecture with contemporary design, enhancing the co-living experience for its residents.
